Material: Compressed Boucle
Boucle is a French word meaning "loop," and it refers to a fabric that has been processed to create loops of yarn on the surface. This wool jersey fabric is characterized by its unique texture and warm feel. This particular boucle yarn, however, is made by wrapping fluffy wool around a thin core yarn, resulting in smaller loops and a more delicate texture than usual. Further compression processing tightens the weave, creating a substantial fabric that, despite being a jersey, offers excellent warmth and insulation.
